Anchored by a soaring, 3-story atrium with a dramatic floating staircase, every level of the home is arranged with group comfort and privacy in mind. There are large social areas complete with tables and sofas for groups to come together, 2 kitchens featuring top of the line appliances and loads of prep space, and outdoor living spots that include a BBQ area, 2 hot tubs, and a rooftop deck with views of Humphreys Peak. Every bedroom in the home is beautifully appointed with premium bedding and arranged in multiple configurations that allow for both privacy for couples and group quarters for fun sleep overs.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is an epic entertaining space framed by sky high windows that flood the area with natural light. It features a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, 4 dining tables accommodating up to 32 guests, and an open media area with plush seating and a Smart TV. An industrial roll-up door seamlessly connects the interior to the outdoors off the media room, creating even more space for group activities. There’s also a bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms on this level. Bedroom configuration as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed

SECOND FLOOR
Head up the gorgeous open staircase to the second floor to find a game room open to the atrium, 6 bedrooms, and a deck. Guests will enjoy billiards on the 8-ft pool table, gaming retro style with an ultimate arcade machine featuring several of the classics, or simply chilling with a personal device on the leather sectional. An outdoor deck right off the game room is always a favorite gathering spot, especially with its hot tub from which guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Bunkroom with 3 two-tier bunks and a full bath
Bedroom 2: King bed with Smart TV
Bedroom 3: King bed with Full Bath + Smart TV
Bedroom 4: Full bed with Full Bath

THIRD FLOOR
On the top level of the home, guests will love the large chef’s kitchen with an oversized island, open shelving, and a custom height-adjustable dining table with seating for 8. The adjoining living room has a super comfy sofa, a corner fireplace, and access to the rooftop deck where there’s a hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ area all with breathtaking views of Humphreys Peak. There is also a powder room and another 3 bedrooms on this floor. Sleeping configuration as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Two-tier Bunk with Full Jack-and-Jill Bath shared with Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2: King bed with Full Jack-and-Jill Bath shared with Bedroom 1
Bedroom 3: King bed with Full Bath (Bathroom also has access from the hallway)

Guest Access
The entire home, garage, and yard are exclusively available to guests. You will not share the outdoor living areas, balconies, driveway, or surrounding grounds with anyone else.

Additional Information:

Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.
Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for arrivals before 3:00 PM.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
