AZ Trail Retreat in Flagstaff is a custom home featuring contemporary design elements and subtle industrial accents that create a distinctive and welcoming setting for large groups of up to 26 guests. The interiors embrace the local mountain vibe with thoughtfully curated décor, high-end finishes, and sweeping, airy spaces. Each of the home’s 3 kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a large island. There are large social spaces complete with tables and sofas for groups to come together, an elevator providing access from the garage to all levels, and outdoor living spots that include a BBQ area, fire pits, a rooftop deck with a hot tub, and direct access to the Urban Trails System.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor includes a full kitchen, mudroom, and living room with plenty of comfy seating. Each of the 4 bedrooms on this level are beautifully appointed, have great storage space, and come with top-quality bedding and linens for a sound sleep and sweet dreams. Room configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, 2 two tier-bunk + 1 sofa sleeper
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with balcony Facing Mt. Elden
Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite full bath

A powder room in the hall and a laundry room with full-size washer + dryer round out the features on the first floor.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor, guests will find another fully equipped kitchen and comfy living area, along with 4 bedrooms identical to the first-floor layout. An outdoor patio is always a favorite gathering spot with its fire pit and seating area that provides a sublime spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. Another laundry room with full size washer + dryer, a ½ bath, and a mud room are conveniently located on this floor, too. Room configurations are as follows:

Two sofas offer a comfortable seating area, and the rooftop deck is a standout feature with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

If you have bicyclists, walkers, hikers, or runners in your group – or kiddos that need a place to burn off some energy - let them know the property conveniently backs up to the Urban Trails System, Flagstaff’s city-wide network of non-motorized pathways that wind over 50 miles throughout the area.

Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.
Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for arrivals before 3:00 PM.

While we understand that events can affect your trip, we urge our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage to assist you if cancellation is a concern.
